FAQ

Return Policy- 

All sales are final with the exception of damage. If your order is damaged during shipping, please reach out immediately and a full refund or replacement will be sent. Occasionally shipments are delayed but if tracking shows no movement for multiple days, please reach out and I may need to send a replacement.

All refunds or replacements must be handled within 30 days of purchase.

Fulfillment and Shipping-

Depending on my current order load, you can expect me to ship your order between 2-7 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your email. I ship from Tennessee so much of the Southeast and Northeast USA will have 2 day shipping time in normal circumstances. Other areas of the USA can take 3-6 business days. Prints are shipped via USPS and framed prints are shipped via UPS. Depending on size, prints will be shipped in a stiff mailer or rolled in a tube. Framed orders will be secured in a box.

International Shipping-

I will consider international shipping so please reach out with your general location or postal code and your order needs and I will give you a shipping quote.

Commissions-

I am open for commissions. I do require photos or inspiration and from there I will decide if I can currently accept it.
